The Parent Teacher Group (PTG) of ISU
The PTG is an active group of parents and teachers that are involved in promoting activities and programs that enrich the education of the students at ISU and promote community spirit within ISU.
The PTG provides a way for parents and teachers to come together to support and benefit ISU.
The PTG has four main goals:
- To enrich the educational experience of our children.
- To facilitate and organize social, educational, and fund-raising activities.
- To welcome parental involvement and encourage parents to be active members of the ISU community.
- To create a good understanding amongst parents, teachers, and students.
All school community members are encouraged to support PTG activities by taking part in PTG-sponsored events.
PTG meetings are generally held on the first Monday of the month after morning school drop-off.
The current PTG Board is comprised of:
Alanna Patterson (President)
Leona Cooke & Jennifer Jensen (Vice Presidents)
Kylie Luiten-Hand (Secretary)
Simon Pritchard (Treasurer)
Sonia Hayes & Ariuntsetseg Dashnyam (Teacher Liaisons)
We welcome and encourage all parents to get involved in ISU PTG activities and projects, in any capacity that you are able.
If you have any queries about how you are able to be involved, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please join us on our Facebook page (ISU PTG) for updated news and events.
We look forward to meeting you and working alongside you as we contribute to developing our community at ISU.
