Home Country Celebration Assembly, Friday October 20, 8:30am
As part of International Week, we will be holding a Home Country Celebration Assembly on Friday, 20th October. This assembly will include performances from our own students, staff and parents to help us celebrate the diversity of our school.

The International School of Ulaanbaatar is situated in a purpose-built school building located on the south side of Ulaanbaatar city, close to the Tuul River and the base of the Bogd Khan mountains.
Across the major north-south arterial road next to ISU is the new parkground designed for the enjoyment of UB citizens. In this park, ISU students planted hundreds of lilac shrubs as part of our 20th Anniversary celebrations.
Our school building has two floors on which are located the Primary school and Secondary school classrooms, labs and studios as well as the library, gymnasium, cafeteria, administration offices and nurses clinic. To the east and south of the school building, there are three sports fields and a running track all covered by artificial turf. There is plenty of parking space for our staff, parents and visitors on the west side of our campus, including a brand new paved parking lot monitored by CCTV.
After four years of construction, we have expanded and enriched our campus with new libraries, theatre, dance, music and choir studios, visual arts studios, design technology workshops, science labs, a gymnasium with an indoor rock climbing wall, swimming pool, and four new sports fields, including a large FIFA standard soccer pitch.
